Ferroloy, Inc. announces that Mark Soucie has purchased the company from the Estate of Paul Kolbeck.
Richard Hicks Chief Operating Officer stated, “following Paul’s death, I have had the opportunity to work with Mark on several issues. He brings a unique perspective to our business and capabilities that we have not had in the past.”
Mark had recently retired after 19 years with Koch Industries. Mark Soucie, President stated, “Ferroloy is well position in the market to grow and supported by a tremendous team. Although I wish this was under different circumstances, I feel fortunate to acquire the business from Paul’s estate and look forward to leading the team going forward.”
