Over the past few years Ferroloy has grown over 50% which has resulted in new challenges that could not be addressed with existing leadership staffing levels. To respond to these challenges, Ferroloy is excited to announce the hiring of Ryan Henderson as its Safety & Quality Manager. Ryan brings extensive experience in quality from the machining and chemical industries. According to Mark Soucie, President, “With our unprecedented growth and goal of becoming SHARP certified over the next two years, we felt it was critical for us to add a dedicated resource to move forward with safety and quality strategies.
