Ferroloy has been committed to developing its machining capability since 2011. During this time the vast majority of those investments have been in DMG Mori CNC machines. In November 2020, Ferroloy purchased another NHX5000 4-Axis Mill and in December 2021 purchased a NTX2000 5-Axis Milling Center.
According to Mark Soucie, President & Owner, “These investments were necessary to expand our machining capacity and increase our capabilities to machine more challenging castings. These investments along with adding to our measurement capabilities and strong commitment to hiring and developing talent, we believe we will be able to differentiate ourselves as a medium sized iron foundry with top-notch machining capabilities.”
