Ferroloy has a long history of purchasing equipment from the Robert Sinto Corporation as a part of its modernization and expansion efforts. In December 2021, Ferroloy purchased its second 455GR Barinder to expand its automated grinding capacity.
According to Mark Soucie, President & Owner, “Over the past 4 years we have been committed to debottlenecking the foundry to respond to customer growth and their desire to re-shore and de-risk their supply chain. Over the last two years we expanded our melt capacity, so it was necessary for us to debottleneck our grinding area by relocating our grinding room in August 2021 giving us the footprint to add grinding capacity.”
