Adam joined Ferroloy in July 2013 as shop foreman and machine shop manager. Previously he worked for a machine shop in Manhattan, Kansas in several roles over an 8-year period, including CNC operator, programming, fixture design, and shift and shop supervisor. He started his career at a machine shop in Wichita, Kansas for 2 years during and after going to school for machining technology.
